Our Design | Build Process
During the Discovery + Consultation Stage, we take the time to understand your vision, so we can present you with exceptional designs that meet your needs and resources.
1. Discovery and Consultation
Our priority is your investment. At Asanti, we offer a Fixed-Price and Cost-Plus Option. We will go into the details of the home and provide a quoted price based on your option. Once all is agreed on, a Pre-construction contract with deposit is required and then we move into the next step of getting into the specific design of the home. You may have a house plan or we customize a house plan for you.The key to our process is assuring that during the construction process, your budget is viewed and on track.
2. Financial Stewardship
Once you decide to move forward with Asanti Homes, we will set you up with our architects to start your home design process. Architectural Design is an integral part of the build process. Our goal is to translate your vision into the architectural drawings. During this stage, consider the vision you have of your home, the type of aesthetic you prefer. How many rooms you want, the mood you want to create? Once we gain more insight into your desired home, we head into sketches/drawings to start creating your home. Our team works together during this phase with our Interior Designer and Builder. Once plan is approved, it goes into permit porcess.
3. Architectural Design
Now we get into the exciting part where we talk design! Our interior design team will discuss your vision thoroughly to make sure the home design fits your vision and lifestyle. We get to know what’s important to you. We discuss colours, textures, products for your home and provide you with top quality options for your home. We pay particular attention to detail in each room; Kitchen, Main areas, Bathrooms, Stairways, Primary bedrooms. Floor Plans and Renderings will be provided.
4. Interior Design
Once we receive the permit, we start Construction! We build homes that are designed to align in your vision and built to meet your expectations. Our suppliers and tradesman are reputable and work diligently as a team to assure the construction of your home goes seamless. We will have a few meetings to go through each Construction process. We perform regular site visits to assure the new build is going as expected per timeline and keep you up to date with the build.
